Just got home from Tasha's house-warming party (even though they moved in like a million years ago). They was a bouncy castle! I'm terrible on those things. I act like a complete kid for about ten minutes (racing from side to side and having "who can jump the highest?" competitions) and then I'm completely exhausted and I collapse for another ten minutes then I get again and start again... and so it continues.
I had to go on with my bag on (because I'm not too huge on leaving my bag unattended at a party when I don't know a soul) and all the little things from my bag kept falling out, like an old battery and some Turkish coins (I know, my bag has pretty boring contents) and these little kids picked up the coins and they seemed completely fascinated by them, so I said they could keep them if they wanted, so they disappeared off with them - but they came back later and returned them because they weren't allowed to take money off strangers.
I think that's pretty weird, don't you? I mean, it's completely understandable if it's British money, because that's actually worth something and I could be some complete creep who's going to teach them some other ways of getting money which may be slightly unsavoury. But foreign money is pretty harmless, isn't it? I was always thrilled whenever I was given foreign money when I was a kid. In fact, I've got all the ones that I collected over the years stuck to my wall. Hold on - I'll go see where they're all from....
One of those weird shaped souvenir coins from Chinatown in California (my sister got me that one), another souvenir coin from the Blue Planet Aquarium in Cheshire (lol, fascinating, I know), a new Turkish coin (that they use now), the oldest two-penny coin I've ever found (1971- that's as old as they come because they had shillings and such before then), an old Turkish coin (that they used when we lived there), a Viking coin that I made in some museum one time, a Singaporean coin (from my Singporean friend), a 5 Euro Cents coin, another new Turkish coin (a different amount), the oldest penny I've ever found (1973), a 10 Euro Cents coin, a ten year-old Turkish coin, another new Turkish coin, and an old French coin (from before the introduction of Euro's)
I know most of them are Turkish, English, or not real coins, but I still always loved it if anyone ever gave me them and they're all lined up in size order and stuck to my wall with blue-tack xD I love sticking random crap to my walls. But I think that your room should say things about you, I mean anyone who was given about an hour in my room to nose about could quite easily guess my name, age, friends, family, appearance and the things I'm interested in. They'd probably also be pretty quick to guess what a freakshowchild I am too :P
Anway, I'm rambling and I have to get up for church tomorrow. So I'll leave it here, kids. Night :)
